Go out on a date
We’re talking a real date. Get dressed up and feel beautiful again. Have your spouse or partner pick you up at the door just like he did way back when. Go out to a nice dinner and a show; then go to a coffee shop afterwards to just sit and talk. Try to talk about other things besides the baby. Discuss the show you saw, politics, philosophy, or something else that you are passionate about. Remember why you fell in love.
Relax
- Get a prenatal massage. Call your day spa and book an hour of aromatherapy and massage. You’ll feel relaxed and soothed, and maybe even sexy again.

Exercise
When we exercise, our body releases endorphins that make us feel better. Exercise gives us more energy and makes us feel better about our bodies and ourselves. Get out and walk, pop in a prenatal exercise DVD. You'll be glad you did.
Get some rest
Now that you’re pregnant, you need all the rest you can get. The more rested you are, the more amorous you may feel. Just remember to make a date for sex. That’s what truly makes us feel sexy once again.
